After the Ole Miss women’s cross country team won their first NCAA South Region Championship, coach Ryan Vanhoy has been awarded the South Region Women’s Cross Country Coach of the Year by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) on Tuesday.
