Mario Garcia Romo, a fifth-year senior at Ole Miss representing Spain, won the men's 1,500-meter title in 3:36.91 at the Southeastern Conference Championships at the Ole Miss Track and Field Complex in Oxford, Mississippi. Garcia Romo followed four straight crowns for the Rebels from 2016-19 and joined women's winner Sintayehu Vissa of Italy in becoming the first teammates to sweep both 1,500 crowns in the same year since 2002.
