Mario Garcia Romo, a senior at Ole Miss representing Spain, won his semifinal heat in the 1,500 meters in 3:39.32 at the NCAA Division 1 Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. Garcia Romo won the Division 1 indoor mile title in March in Birmingham, Ala.
